A fresh supply, delivered to your door. We offer free shipping on every order within Australia, with no minimum spend.

Where we deliver

We ship to Australian addresses only. International delivery is not currently available.

When to expect your order

Estimated delivery is 2–8 business days after you place your order, depending on your location. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date; remote locations, peak periods, severe weather and carrier disruptions can take longer.

Any different estimate shown for a specific item, preorder or order at checkout will be identified before purchase. We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order. Dispatch and delivery are separate stages; please refer to your order updates for progress.

Order updates

Use your order confirmation details when contacting us. Tracking details will be shared when available. If an order has not arrived within the estimated window, email meow@earthpaws.com so we can investigate.

Check your delivery details

Please check your address carefully at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you spot an error; we will try to update it before dispatch. If a parcel needs to be redirected or resent because of an incorrect address, we will explain any proposed additional cost and obtain your agreement first.

Missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries

Let us know if your parcel is missing, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item. Your order number and photographs, where practical, help us investigate. We will work with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution; you do not have to resolve our delivery issue with the carrier on your own.
