Your consumer rights come first
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Our voluntary money-back guarantee is additional to those rights.
Using our store
Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and only use payment methods you are authorised to use. You must have legal capacity to place an order. Keep account credentials secure, if you create an account, and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful content.
Products, prices and orders
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable GST. Your order total and any discounts are displayed at checkout before payment. Product availability, prices and promotional offers may change for future orders; changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order.
We will confirm receipt of your order by email. If we cannot fulfil an order because of availability, an obvious listing error or a legitimate payment or security issue, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply. We will not substitute a product or charge a higher price without your agreement.
Images illustrate our products; packaging and screen colours may vary. Products must still correspond with their description and meet applicable consumer guarantees. The quantity and supply duration selected describe your chosen order; actual litter use varies with your cat and litter tray.
Supply options and recurring payments
Selecting a monthly or three-month supply does not by itself authorise recurring charges. A purchase is recurring only where you expressly select a subscription and checkout identifies its billing amount, frequency and terms. Otherwise, it is a one-time order.
If you choose a subscription where offered, the terms shown at checkout govern future deliveries and payments. You can request cancellation of future renewals at any time through the management option provided or by emailing us. An order already processed may require a separate cancellation or return request. Your consumer rights remain unaffected.
Delivery and changing an order
We deliver within Australia with free shipping on all orders. See our Shipping Policy for estimates and support with delivery issues. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order; we will help where fulfilment has not progressed too far. If the order has already been sent, our Refund Policy applies.
Using Purr..fect safely
Follow the packaging instructions for use, storage and disposal. CleverDetect™ indicates urinary pH changes; it is not a diagnostic test, veterinary advice or a guarantee that illness will be detected. A normal-looking result does not rule out a health problem. Contact your veterinarian if you are concerned about your cat, regardless of the litter colour.
Flushability depends on local wastewater rules and your plumbing. Where permitted, flush only small amounts at a time to reduce blockage risk. Do not flush cat faeces or a whole tray of litter. Check local guidance and your system’s suitability, including for septic systems; use bin disposal where flushing is not suitable.
Returns and the money-back guarantee
Our 30-day first-order trial and the process for faulty, damaged or incorrect items are explained in our Refund Policy. Discounted goods also retain applicable consumer guarantees.
Website content and third-party services
Our branding, photographs, designs and written content belong to us or their respective owners. You may use the site for personal shopping but must obtain permission before commercially reproducing protected content. Reviews and other content you submit must be honest and lawful; please do not include anyone else’s private information without permission.
Third-party websites and services have their own terms. Linking to them is not an endorsement of all their content. This does not remove our responsibility for obligations we owe you as the seller.
Liability, changes and applicable law
We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website access, but this does not limit your rights concerning goods or services purchased from us.
Updated terms apply prospectively from the date shown and do not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory laws and rights to bring claims in another competent jurisdiction.
